Communicating With Staff

All easy vend employees should be treated with dignity and respect. Using obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise injurious language during interactions with easy vend employees violates our Conditions of Use.

We work hard to provide our employees with a safe environment. If we determine that you subject our employees to inappropriate language or behaviours, we will take appropriate action.

We do not tolerate the following:

  • Direct and indirect threats, up to and including threats of harm, physical or otherwise.
  • Verbal conduct that offends, humiliates, or intimidates an individual based on individual characteristics. For example: race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender offenses, including persistent mis-gendering.
  • Obscene or sexually explicit language or sounds.
  • Inappropriate attempts to communicate with an easy vend employee outside of authorised channels, such as phone or chat, through the easy vend app or website.

These behaviours can result in, but is not limited to, blocking your ability to communicate with easy vend or account closure. To view our full Conditions of Use, visit Conditions of Use.
