Vendors can withdraw earnings through different payment methods.

• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Wirecard
• Skrill

Configuring Payment Method

Vendors need to configure the payment methods in order to withdraw their earnings. To do that, they need to go to Vendor Dashboard –> Settings –> Payment.

Vendors will find all the payment methods available to them. However, they can also add a payment method by clicking the “Add Payment Method” button.

To configure a payment method, the vendor needs to click the “Manage” button beside the method,

Then they need to enter the email address connected to PayPal, WireCard, Skrill or add the bank name and account number for Bank Transfer and hit the “Update Settings” button to finish.

Total Earnings

Vendors can view their total earnings from the withdrawal page.

Withdrawal Methods

A vendor can select a withdrawal method from the drop-down box on the withdrawal page.

Minimum Limit

Vendors need to have a minimum balance of MK100,000 to make a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Approval Notification

Vendors will get e-mail notification when their withdrawal request gets approved by admin (should not exceed 24hrs).
