Allows customers to report problematic/fraudulent products.
How Customers Report Products
Customers will have to visit a shop and select a product. They will see an option to “Report Abuse”.
Customers will find predetermined reasons with which they can report to admin, they will see a screen similar to this:
The customer has to select reasons from the radio field, enter their name, email and explain the reason. After that, they can click the “Report Abuse” button.
On successful submission, the customer will get the success alert message in a pop up on the browser.
