Seller Badges allow easy vend to give vendors credibility with different badges for different accomplishments.

Easy vend offers 5 types of badges.

1. Product Related Badge
2. Seller Related Badge
3. Order Related Badge
4. Customer Related Badge
5. Sale Amount Related Badge.

1. Products Published Badge (Product Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendor based on the number of products published.

• Level 1: 20+ products.
• Level 2: 50+ products.
• Level 3: 100+ products.

2. Number of Products Sold (Product Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendor based on the number of products sold by the vendor.

• Level 1: 20+ products.
• Level 2: 50+ products.
• Level 3: 100+ products.

3. Featured Products (Product Related Badge)

The vendor will get this badge if any of their products have been used as a featured product on easy vend.

4. Trending Product (Product Related Badge)

The vendor will get this badge if any of their products have been trending on easy vend.

If vendors make more than 20 sales of the same product per week, a badge will be assigned to the vendors.

5. Featured Seller (Seller Related Badge)

Vendors will get this badge if they have featured once on easy vend. The badge will not be removed once it’s given.

6. Exclusive to Platform (Seller Related Badge)

This badge will be given to vendors who exclusively sell products on easy vend.

7. Verified Seller (Seller Related Badge)

Vendors will receive this badge when they verify their identity like,

1. Id Verification
2. Address Verification
3. Company Verification
4. Social Verification
5. Phone Verification

8. Years Active (Seller Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendor when he/she actively sells on easy vend for a number of years.

• Level 1: 1 year+ active.
• Level 2: 3 years+ active.
• Level 3: 5 years+ active.

9. Number of Orders (Order Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendors based on the number of orders.

• Level 1: 20+ orders.
• Level 2: 50+ orders.
• Level 3: 100+ orders.

10. Sale Amount (Sale Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendors based on the total amount of sales.

• Level 1: MK100,000+ sales.
• Level 2: MK500,000+ sales.
• Level 3: MK1,000,000+ sales.

11. Customer Review (Customer Related Badge)

This badge will be given to the vendors based on the number of five-star reviews.

• Level 1: 10+ five-star reviews.
• Level 2: 20+ five-star reviews.
• Level 3: 50+ five-star reviews.

12. Store Support Count (Customer Related Badge)

Vendors will be assigned this badge when they have resolved a certain number of store supports.

• Level 1: 10+ resolved issues.
• Level 2: 20+ resolved issues.
• Level 3: 50+ resolved issues.
