Earn Buyer Trust

Vendors can verify their ID, Driving License or Passport, and set their social profiles to their storefront so that they can earn their buyers’ trust.

Vendor Configuration

The vendor has to go to Vendor Dashboard > Settings > Verification.

You will see a screen similar to this:

Verify ID, Driving License or Passport

When you click on the “Start Verification” button, a modal similar to the one in the image below will appear. You can upload photos for Passport, National ID, or Driving License.  Select the category and Upload the file as necessary.

Cellphone Verification

Phone Number is verified by sending a code to the vendor’s cell number. The vendor needs to enter that code on the screen and submit. If the code matches, the number will be verified instantly.

Verify Address

When you click “Start Verification” under the Address Verification section, you will get a form. Fill out the fields and press Submit.

Connect Social Profiles

Vendors have to go to Vendor Dashboard > Settings > Verification and click the connect button of the relative social profile(s).

NOTE: Vendor social profile verification will not show in the storefront unless a vendor has completed at least ID verification or address verification.
